Summer Fun

So, I shouldn't wait so long to update because then I have no idea where to start. We've been busy, but no busier than any of you I'm sure. I just don't know where all you people I love find the time to do this!! I loved seeing everyone at the class reunion but I feel like I didn't really get to talk to anyone--you know what I mean?! Too many people and not enough catching up. Oh well, I just need to keep in better contact with everyone, then I won't have so much catching up to do right?! I'll put some pictures of what we've been up to this summer. We went to Blanding, UT--Kevin's brother lives there. That's where most of these pictures are from.

My sister Mandy and her husband (who's from Blanding, small world) took us on this crazy hike in the middle of nowhere!! (you know we loved in Mandy ;0) to see some Native American ruins. The weeds were like this the whole way, the girls pretended they were tigers in the jungle.

This is at Natural Bridges. We did a little hike down to the bridge behind us. The others we braved from the roadside--hey, we're not as young and fit as we used to be!!

Erin was tired of being lugged around but she loves the outdoors so she put up with it pretty well.
The girls were amazing hikers. I was so proud of how little they complained, even when they were too tired to move any more!!

Happy 4th of July!!! I know, I know, it's August. Just bringing back some summer memories for you. ;0)

Thanks for reading you faithful few who still trust that I update this thing!! (Emily ;0)

It was fun seeing you at the reunion. Like you said, no time to really get caught up. My husband and son are obsessed with BYU football. We go to lots of games. When you come down for the game in October let me know, and if you don't have a million other plans we should do something.

Your little family is so cute! I still can't get over how many heads of hair you have to get done each morning...Does Kevin get in on that action? :) Cory likes to do Audrey's hair from time to time. (I allow it when we're staying close to home, as it usually involves a statement like, "Maria, look, see what I did? I took the gel and made this whole front section go down, while the rest..." You get the picture!)

I wished that I would have chatted with you more at the reunion too! I will be better about calling you when we're in IF, I promise!

Hum...I hadn't thought of the "heads of hair to comb in the morning..." no wonder you don't blog much!

i love that they all have matching pigtails. So cute! is that the same bunny as in the other picture. Looks like she's picked her favorite. The girls must've had such fun pretending to be tigers. I can just see it. Your family is gorgeous. Tell Kevin I said that and see if he blushes...
